Cocktail Bar

This project can be described as an exercise in “creative demolition.” The existing shell was carefully stripped back to its essential structure, revealing the raw textures of exposed concrete and aged plaster. These surfaces were intentionally preserved, allowing the building’s history to remain visible and creating an authentic architectural backdrop against which the new interventions could unfold.

Within this raw framework, a series of contemporary elements were introduced with precision and restraint. A sculptural bar finished in ribbed glass and terrazzo becomes the focal point of the interior, complemented by a clay brick divider wall and a minimalist façade composed of metal and glass. Each material was selected for its natural qualities and tactile presence, reinforcing a palette that feels both honest and timeless.
