This mid-century apartment in Kipseli represents a quintessential example of post-war Athenian urban architecture. Our primary objective was to preserve the original character of the space while introducing a contemporary twist to enhance its functionality. The core of the apartment was restructured, merging the entrance with the kitchen to create a spacious, welcoming hall. The vibrant kitchen now serves as a modern focal point, strategically positioned between the living and private areas. The combination of terrazzo tiles with the preserved wooden flooring establishes a serene ambiance, while the addition of an en-suite master bathroom significantly enhances privacy and functionality.
